Rosalia Bolivar Fraire

Rosalia Bolivar Fraire passed away peacefully from this world to join her Father and Savior in heaven surrounded by family at her side on July 22,2025 in San Marcos,CA Rosalia was born in La Cienega de Escobar,Durango, MX on September 4,1935. The youngest child to parents Jesus Bolivar and Maria Lazcano. Rosalia was preceded in death by her devoted husband ,Vicente M Fraire who she shared almost 60 years together, and her beloved first born son, Jose Rosario Bolivar in 1965. She is survived by her son Miguel and wife Linda Bolivar, son Jesse and wife Rebecca Fraire, daughter Maria and husband Kelly Frawley, daughter Angelina and husband Manuel Jimenez of Nevada, son Andres Fraire and daughter Carolina Blas of Texas. Rosalia also leaves behind 13 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren. Her family will remember her as a devoted wife, mother and friend. Devoted to her family, faith and friends. She enjoyed volunteering in church activities, gardening and always willing to help others. She often opened her heart and home to many who needed a place to stay and always prepared to share her wonderful food with family and friends. Her belief was there was always room here on earth just as we would have room in heaven Rosalia Bolivar Fraire partió pacíficamente de este mundo para unirse a su Padre y Salvador en el cielo rodeada de sus familiares el 22 de Julio de 2025 en San Marcos, CA. Rosalía nació en La Cienega de Escobar, Durango, MX el 4 de Septiembre de 1935. Sus padres Jesús Bolívar y Maria Lazcano. Rosalía fue precedida en su partido por su amado esposo Vicente M Fraire en 2019 con quien compartió casi 60 años de su vida. También le precedió su primogénito, José Rosario Bolívar en 1965. Le sobreviven sus hijo Miguel y Linda Bolívar, hijo Jesse y Rebecca Fraire, hija Maria y Kelly Frawley, hija Angelina y Manuel Jiménez de Nevada, hijo Andrés Fraire y hija Carolina Blas de Tejas. Rosalía también deja 13 nietos,13 bisnietos y 6 tataranietos. Su familia la recordará como una esposa, madre y amiga devota que demostraba su amor con su cocina. Dedicada a su familia, su fe y sus amigos. Disfrutaba del voluntariado en las actividades de la iglesia, la jardinería y siempre dispuesta a ayudar a los demás. A menudo abría su corazón y su hogar a quienes necesitaban alojamiento y comida. Creía que siempre había espacio aquí en la tierra, así como lo habría en el cielo.
